Dread BLK, an esteemed Dallas Hip Hop artist, has embarked on a remarkable journey defined by resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to his craft. Originally starting out as a DJ in Hempstead L.I., Dread's path led him to Dallas, Texas, where he began his group ambitions with "Da Cabinet" in 1997.

With the evolution of time, "Da Cabinet" transformed into the dynamic collective known as "Ghetto Fame-US" by 1999, giving birth to two notable projects. As Dread ventured into his solo career, he continued to collaborate with local artists, showcasing their talent alongside his own in his diverse range of projects.

In 2017, Dread embarked on a new movement known as Bout Time Ent., igniting a fresh chapter in his musical journey. The release of his solo project "Area 50" in 2018 marked the inception of this era. Recognizing the importance of synergy, Dread welcomed Drums Rugged and D.J. Blastt into the mix, forming an unstoppable creative force that culminated in their most recent project, "Bar Hoppin."
